Didn't recieve reward points - Guild Wars Forums

Well, I made predictions for the october Xunlai Tournament and I never recieved any points not even the 5 when I signed up. My question is is the event over or not? and also when they say account name, they mean your account name that you put in when your in the log in page? or the account name you registered with tolkano? Because i put in my email account name

The October rewardpoints haven't been distributed yet, wait patiently for an update. It usually comes 2 weeks after a monthly tournament.

Where are they asking for your account name?

oh, ok i get it now thanks and for the account name i just enter the character name that i registered with tolkano? or the email address account name at the front log in page in guild wars client? sorry, never played this

The 'account name' on the tourney house part of the guild wars website is the e:mail address you use for your account when you log into the game. Basically, to use the tourney house:
1. Set up an account on the tourney house website and list your guild wars e:mail address as the account name
2. Have a character register with Tolkano (can be found in guild hall and Great Temple of Balth)
3. make predictions before the tourney starts.
4. When the update notes announce the reward points have been added, goto the tourney agent (can be found in Great Temple of Balth or any of the port cities (lions arch, kama, kaineng)) to collect your reward points

Ah I had been wondering the same thing. I signed up for the Tournament middle of Oct and still have nothing. I was thinking I must have ballsed something up but its good to hear I didn't
